Child Safety Standards

Effective: April 10, 2026

unspkn maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any user found creating, distributing, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will be immediately and permanently banned, and reported to law enforcement.

unspkn is committed to preventing the use of our platform for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. We actively work to detect, remove, and report CSAM and CSAE activity in compliance with applicable laws, including:

unspkn is rated 17+ on the App Store and Google Play. The app is not directed at children and is not designed for use by children.

4. Reporting Mechanisms

Users can report child safety concerns through the following channels:

All reports involving potential CSAE are treated as highest priority and escalated immediately.

5. Enforcement and Response

Upon receiving a report of potential CSAE or CSAM:

  1. The reported account is reviewed within 24 hours
  2. Offending accounts are immediately and permanently suspended
  3. Available metadata is preserved (see Section 6 for what data we hold)
  4. A report is filed with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline where applicable
